Located in Baden-Baden Steinbach, Black Forest and southwest of Germany, SARNES ingenieure GmbH & Co KG is manufacturer of industrial furnaces. Since 1980 we have been building and developing conveyor belt sintering furnaces and protective gas systems for line-production in heat treating industry.
Improving combustion processes, burner development and electrical and natural gas-fired conveyor belt sintering furnaces, heat and material conveyance (open reaction spaces, gastight muffle furnaces) in manufacturing plants and an analytical and empirical understanding of furnace atmospheres are basic features of our work and our systems. Our product range has seen continuous growth, side by side with our customers’ requirements and parts spectrum.
The range of electrically and gas-fired conveyor-belt sintering furnaces is from experimental size of 125mm up to high capacity of 24 tons/day with 2200 mm belt width and is designed for sophisticated applications up to 1350°Celsius.

Die Verbesserung von Verbrennungsprozessen, die Entwicklung von Brennern, IR Strahlern und Registerheizern, elektrisch- und gasbeheizte Bandsinteröfen, die Wärmebehndlung von Metallen (offene Reaktionsräume, gasdichte Muffelöfen) in Produktionsanlagen sowie ein analytisches und empirisches Verständnis von Ofenatmosphären sind grundlegende Merkmale unserer Arbeit seit über 40 Jahren.
Das Sortiment an elektrisch und gasbefeuerten Förderband-Sinteröfen reicht von der experimentellen Größe von 125 mm bis hin zu hohen Kapazitäten von 24 Tonnen/Tag mit 2500 mm Bandbreite und ist für anspruchsvolle Anwendungen bis zu max. 1350 °Celsius ausgelegt.
